What We Do

The Strategic Plan of Organization la Perle for 2024-2030 reflects our commitment to promoting the well-being and development of unprivileged women and children in Rwanda. By focusing on empowerment, health, advocacy, economic empowerment, community engagement, and monitoring, we aim to create positive change and make a lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.

Our Vision

Organization la Perle is dedicated to empowering unprivileged women and children by providing them with the support, care, and opportunities they need to thrive. Through our initiatives, we strive to address the challenges faced by women and children, particularly those from marginalized communities, by offering holistic support and fostering their well-being and development.

Our Mission

Our vision at Organization la Perle is to create a society where every woman and child, regardless of their background or circumstances, has the opportunity to live a life of dignity, equality, and empowerment. We aspire to be a catalyst for positive change, advocating for the rights of women and children and working towards a future where they are fully protected, valued, and included in all aspects of society.

Implementation Plan

  • Identify priority areas and target populations for intervention based on needs assessments and consultations with stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed action plans for each strategic objective, outlining specific activities, timelines, responsible parties, and resource requirements.
  • Mobilize resources through fundraising, partnerships, and grants to support the implementation of programs and initiatives.
  • Monitor progress, track outcomes, and evaluate the impact of interventions using relevant indicators and benchmarks.
  • Regularly review and adjust the strategic plan based on changing circumstances, emerging needs, and feedback from stakeholders.

Strategic Objectives

  • Provide training, workshops, and mentorship programs to empower women with skills, knowledge, and resources to improve their livelihoods.
  • Offer educational support and scholarships to children from underprivileged backgrounds, ensuring access to quality education and opportunities for personal development.
  • Implement health and wellness programs aimed at improving the physical and mental well-being of women and children.
  • Provide access to healthcare services, including medical check-ups, vaccinations, and reproductive health services.
  • Advocate for the rights of women and children at local, national, and international levels, raising awareness about issues affecting their well-being and advocating for policy changes.
  • Conduct campaigns and awareness-raising activities to address social issues such as gender-based violence, child marriage, and discrimination.
  • Support income-generating activities and entrepreneurship initiatives for women, providing access to financial resources, training, and market opportunities.
  • Promote sustainable livelihoods and economic independence through initiatives such as microfinance, savings groups, and cooperative enterprises.
